At SootheVera, we keep things simple. If you need to cancel a purchase option, contact us before your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
How to Cancel
You may cancel a purchase option at any time before your order has been fulfilled and shipped:
- Email us at soothevera.support@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request
- We process all cancellation requests within 1–2 business days
- Cancellations confirmed before shipment — charges already processed are not refundable once a billing cycle has begun
After Shipment
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for options if there is an issue with your order upon arrival
